Where are the change logs kept?

Where is the offical change log kept?

My readme still says vers 1.31.

I just went from 1.4x.061 to 1.4x.070, are the changes listed somewhere?

I see the base 1.4x overview in the journals section.

The minor revisions since 1.4X have just been compatibility updates for the DA beta, since it shares some files with standard GC2. Those changes are pretty small though and shouldn't have any effect on GC2 gameplay at all, so there are no changelogs for them.
