Are the major bugs fixed?

When I bought this game back in April it was and still is one of my favorite games, Stardock did a excellent job with this title, but I haven't played it since because of bugs so I thought I would wait to see if the game got fixed. Most of my problems seem to come from loading saved games, fog of war not working right and crashes. What's strange is that games like F.E.A.R which is far more system intensive has always worked fine for me. So I'm wondering from the experience of people playing the game now if they would suggest playing with the newest patch.

I had to take a break too, I had the same situation.

Version 1.4 is much more stable. Hell, Dark Avatar beta is more stable than the GCII launch.

I've been very pleased with the resolution of game bugs over the releases. The game feels well refined as far as stability and operational function. Stardock does seem to do a good job with that. They're not perfect (who is?), but they do seem to put more than the usual effort into the quality of their product.

Personally I never encountered any bugs even on the 1.0X version, maybe I'm just lucky.

You just had to go and throw that one in there, didn't you? Well, why did you do that? Why not just pour twenty pounds of the best sea salt money can buy into the huge flesh wound that just opened up in my cranium? I mean, the nerve of some people... hehehe, just kidding Morberis.
