MANUAL PDF UPDATE?

Okay I admit I did not read the Manual. The .PDF version included is still Version 1.0. Since the Game has been updated to 1.31, are there significant enough changes to warrant an updated .PDF Manual?

Updates of the game manual usually take a lot of work time and are rarely done for this reason.

There are things in the .PDF that are consistent with the pre-Release Betas and not the final retail release. The Galactic Civilizations' Wiki has more up-to-date information but I think even it has only been updated for v1.2.
