EVENT: Most Creative Winamp skin

Which Winamp skin was the most original overall? This was a pretty tough call for our judges as there were some really wild designs. But when the dust settled, here were the winners (and it was close. we mean really close)...

Congratulations to all the winners. This week had some incredibly close events. Judges go through and give skins up to 10 points. And when it was all done, some of these entries won by only a point or two over what came in 4th or 5th.

Because of how close things have been, the Best overall skin will be individually judged rather than just adding medal points up (we had left this up in the air to see how things went). So the overall winners may be different from the winners of the individual events. Stay tuned!

You know what's great about this competition, the judges actually have a good eye for what's right in the end. Good work judges! Perfect judging in all the catagories. I'm glad Entera won for Most Creative, where it deserves, I wait now for Most Useable!!!!!!! Oh and btw, D3A and Last Order, nice work the plcae both.

Congrats all. :) Yay for Enkera and Machina! Respect @ the judges choices for each categories. D-R honestly isn't the most creative skin ever, design/shapewise at least, but thanks for your support mr.paint. ;)

if you _only_ look at the shape, then no, d-r isn't the most creative, but seriously, was the shape the ONLY thing judged in this category? If it was, it shouldn't have been, and if it should, then the category should have been called "most creative shape", not "most creative". I'm honestly VERY surprised about the result. Cheers to Enkera and Machina tho, they deserve it.

I think T-man will be posting the top 5 shortly on these. I know on the Winamp section that the difference between 3rd and 5th place was only a couple of points. BTW, the developers of Winamp (at Nullsoft) were the main judges on the Winamp event, don't get much better experts than the people who designed the skinning engine. ;)

Its good to see the best winamp skins on the site get some official recignition. Congrats to Enkera and Machina, and congrats to the winners of the best windows blinds and icon package.
