Taped Frame Picture Viewer

Here is a simple picture viewer using the popular "tape" effect. People are using this style in their custom wallpapers using photoshop. Now all you have to do is drag and drop your picture into the frame, and it's there on your desktop.

Update: Had to delete because the widget was not working correctly. Working on a new version.
