Game Account Download Issue

I purchased a download of Galactic Civilizations II. I cannot access data on this trasaction from your website, download the software, or find a serial number.


I did not get a link to download Stardock Central, which I managed on my own, and did not get a Serial Number. I have recieved to e-mails of any kind from Stardock in the e-mail that I provided to purchase the game.

If you used the same email account as this post, then it appears that the transaction didn't go through, as there's no record of any purchases under your SD account. Please email sales@stardock.com to verify this and get sorted out.
