Nope, I won tech victory that round. AI apparently can research tech victory, but not win. I believe this is true for all the victory paths, i.e., they only apply to the human player.

AI definitely can win by cultural and conquest.

I'd say that they technically win with an Allied victory as well- you ALL win if that happens.

Can you win by tech victory if you are at war? Or do you have to be at peace like influence? Maybe the AI was at war and couldn't win but you weren't.

I've also noticed that the AI can't win an alliance victory even if they're allied with everyone. Apparantly they can only win by conquest and influence.
