Terror Stars?

Simple question, are those in the game? I've been looking at UPIssues xml file and there's the "dormant" issues to ban Terror Stars from being used. Was wondering, are Terror Stars in the game at all?

Not at present no. They probably will be at some point in the future either later patch or potential expansion.

A Terror Star in Gal Civ 1 was similar to a Death Star - except it destroyed a whole star system, not just a planet. Ofcourse they aren't in this game ... yet.

Death Star (Star Wars), Doom Star (MOO 2), and Terror Star (Galciv I). A huge moon sized, mobile military base capable of crushing an entire planet or a star system must have the word Star in the name!

I guess the downside of Death Star would be : Usable only by evil, and ALL your relations (even with evil civ) is lowering. Just like in Star Wars Rebellion.

The Death Star would have a beam attack power of 1000000, but usable only on Medium ships or higher. Only tiny and smaller ships could destroy it

Beam attack power of 1 Wouldnt it be like 1000 or something. That thing took out cruisers in one shot!!!

It should be more like a Super Project for evil races. Too bad it's not in the game yet though

lol a cruiser? it vaporized a planet ......i dunno about anyone else, but a cruiser seems like small potatoes after a blast like that =P
What would happen if they aimed it a sun?

I miss Terror Stars from Gal Civ 1.. I hope they get it in the game again.

Soooooo much easier to destroy a planet out-right, rather than build up a fleet, kill off defenders, then build transports..etc etc. The problem was, they could only move ONE space at a time. Oh well.
