how long would the game take to ship to the uk

hi guys, back in november I ordered the CD version of galciv2 from stardock while it was still in beta4 and I was wondering have the CDs versions been shipped and how long it may take for it to arrive to the uk as I havent recevied any emails saying my order has been dispached or anything I wasnt sure if this is normal
