How to Increase Font Size?

I've been running at 1600x1200 and up and it runs great, but the font size is VERY tiny, especially the income and other info inthe bottom left.

Anyway to increase the font size?

Apparently not. I've downsized my res. This is not what I had in mind when I spent mega bucks on my screaming game pc. I hope they address this in the future or the much vaunted, 'in the future it'll still look great because you can bump up the resolution' won't really work so hot.
