introduction and videos subtitled?

in gc2 there is the option to see subtitles in the introduction and other ingame videos?
i speak english very well but one thing is reading and translating english and another thing is hearing and translating.
if it's american language it's a lot harder to understand
because american pronounce is faster and harder to understand than native english.
