I looked for links but.. The wall is from Adni's website and was included with the WB 7th Ray. It's called Blue Streak by Relhom. The WB is Omega by Adni. The Winstep theme is Metropolite. The Icons are from D. Arnez. Ohmy Cyclop X. I really like the Combo.

How did you get that to work? My copy doesn't skin the start menu, for some reason. Try setting WB to default and then remove WB11. Reinstall latest version and reboot. That's what I do when WB does not appear to still be working.
