Purchasing GalCiv II

Hi,

I have purchased GalCiv II in the betatest phase.
What do I have to do to get the box when it is released? Is this done automatically because I'm already a customer or do I have to order it someway. Are there additional costs (has to be shipped to Germany)?

Same question for me, I got GalCiv II when my Drengin.net account was moved to TotalGaming (I think...), can I upgrade somehow to the download+retail version?
