If I would order and download the game directly through Stardock, how big (in mb) will the download of the game be?

Game: approx 93 MB
Multimedia pack: approx 300 MB

For those of us who have pre-order the electronic download version directly from StarDock, will we also receive a boxed version with the CD or anything like that or just the download?

Depends if you ordered the CD or not with it.  You can have a CD Sent to you I believe too.
