Hello all
Been a long time.
If you send a constructor to a SB and decide not to upgrade it the constructor dissappears. I hit no and cancel and my constructor dissappeared.

Did you do a cultural upgrade? Because I keep my constructors when I click on the cancel button. But if I do a partial cultural upgrade and then cancel, (currently, cultural lets you do 2 builds per constructor), I lose the constructor.
