Mouse acting weird.

Just loaded up Beta 3 and the mouse acts really weird in game. When I dont move the mouse the pointer dissapears and when i actually do move it the pointer blinks. This normally wouldn't be a problem however it wont let me scroll to the right or up when in the game map which is really annoying.

I tried closing all programs/windows and it still causes this problem.

Specs:
Athlon 3000+
1gig ram
GF 6800 GT 256mb
Also IMO this game needs some way of moving the map around with arrow keys.

Did you try using the "Use Hardware Mouse Cursor" setting? It's less pretty, but more reliable.
