If you are not seeing the beta in SDC, go to Tools->Settings->Internet and change your server to the California server.

Yeah. I've checked show prereleases.
And it's the same account I use to logon sdc as I used to purchase the game.

The preorders have not yet been processed, so only those who have fully purchased copies of GalCiv 2 from a few months back, or those that have bought it through TotalGaming are going to have access to the beta at the moment. Preorders should be processed later this morning, and registration codes emailed accordingly.
