Reviving the w0rse skin? Please?

I love this skin, but it lacks the same feel and look in terms of folders, there's no side bar with options:( I woul dlove to see this skin updated to the newest version of Windowblinds (4.51 i think?). And if at all possible, could there be a few variations in color? Perhaps a blue, black, red, green, white, silver...having a few other colors for the skin would be nice. Hope this hasnt been posted recently...thanks for listening
