Well, after posting queries on this forum trying to find out what happened to my CD in the mail, and emailing Scott at his reqest at StarDock, and getting no answer, I guess Im SOL.

Paid for it, downloaded it, lost my HD, got a new one, awaited my CD in the mail, never came. So now, I dont have my damn number. Stardock recognizes my email and password, but when I request recepeit number or registration info, it sends me an email, with just my account info. No reg. info.

Well, I guess 50$ to play a game for 2 weeks is terribly unreasonable. I just wish Stardock would figure out where the hell my CD is, and send it to me.

do yo have the original email with the serial num?

well, there is always the credit card info. if you paid online, then you probably paid with cedit card, and with a credit card, you have can have a detailed history of what you paid for with it by just calling your creditcard company up. and with that information, you can then approach stardock that you paid for the game, and that you didnt recieve your CD.

You can also contest the charges on your credit card. You didn't get the agreed upon merchandise that they are charging your card $50 for. You have a legitimate claim. I find this works wonders for companies that have lost the ability to communicate.

I notice that your e-mail is a hotmail address. Is it possible that Hotmail blocked it?

Sales tried to contact you via e-mail today and the e-mail didn't get through.  So you may need to add sales@stardock.com to your safe list.

In the meantime, please e-mail sales@stardock.com your order number (if you have it), name, and address.

somehow Bobo know nice peoples at Stardock make things better for Radefox. Him not need worrying. Soon will have GalCiv Cd an be playing. Bobo say good thoughts thinking help out more better than mad thoughts thinking.
