How do you make mods and put them in the library

use the galcivwriter program and then upload to the library using the link on Galciv.com.

For the writer you can either go to the mods forum or sign onto the new version trials her in this forum.

For the writer you can either go to the mods forum

Hope this is clearer. There 4 forums related to Galciv on this site: the Galactic Forum (the one in which we are), the strategic forum, the mod forum and the empire forum.
