help a new player

howdo. Is there any way of checking what buildings your planets have already built, and which Civs own which trade goods + wonders? I've clicked on everything!

Why would you want to know what are been built on each planets? There is always the "details" button in the planetary screen, but I am not sure if that it is what you are searching.

For trade goods, you could always contact the various AI to see what are the trade goods for which you haven't yet the license.

Since (unless I am forgeting something) you couldn't use the trade goods/ wonders that where on a planet when you obtain that planet, I am not sure about the interest to know where are located the trade goods / wonder.

If you are on a planet screen there is a button at the lower left, were you can see all important planet infos.

You can see the TGs on the idividual races screens

No, usually you are advised when the AI is building such and such Wonder by the galactic news, a good thing is to have also your espionage going, it helps to find some details about a civ going against another, etc.
