Morality Difficulty

Well, we've heard from several people who think the game is a cakewalk even at the highest level (even if some of them DO use mods, or loopholes ;p )

I am curious, since I've not done it myself yet. Has anyone say.. played a huge or gigantic galaxy, on intelligent or higher, with all AI's set to say.. 'lawful good', and you are an evyyl bitch? And likewise, has anyone set all the AIs to chaotic evil, and been a proverbial angel? I have a feeling those two sorts of games would play out very differently.

Aside from not being to obtain an alliance victory, would it be much more difficult? Has anyone tried it? Anyone want to try? LOL

yor set to incredible, pure good. afterall, aren't they the ones that most often get wiped out?

all other ais set to subnormal evil. me as pure evil.

i lost. i submitted the game and got a 24 :D.

i played another game where everyone was neutral. that was an interesting one but i lost the save game when i reformatted recently.

Yeah, I tried it several times.

And failed an equal number of times !

They *all* attack you at one point, no matter what you do. I tried to have all diplomacy bonus I can have, I tried to bribe them attacking eachother, I tried to give them everything I have, I even tried to stay on one single strongly-defended planet but it's no use : they *will* *all* attack you.

You can also do the opposite: set everyone to good and play as good. You can get a peaceful game.

Does your ally attack you?

There seems to be a bug where AI players are reluctant to break alliances. This is true even when you are on the Good side and are teamed up with the Evil Drengin.

I've not managed an alliance with someone with an opposite alignment before. Has anyone done this?

Yep I managed two get 3 evil players to join up for an alliance victory of course have a military rating of 330 is what probably did it. Easiest way to get evil poeple to be your friend is to get a giant military.

I've had it happen where I got allied with the Torians even though I was the complete scum of the universe. What help here was a superior military, several trade routes, and some wheeling and dealing I've done with them. I'm not tried this with the Altarians yet although I suspect it *is* possible
