I only get two different United PLanets Resolutions

Year after year I only get two differnt things to vote on, one being the selection of a UN representative planet, and the other being a tax on warring nations. I dont get any others even though ive started many different games. Is there something I can do? Please help me thanks.

I thought it was just me! Glad to see I'm not just crazy. After the first six identical resolutions, even I began to realize this wasn't just random.

Has this issue been fixed? All of my games, even with the latest patch, have this same problem.

Anyone have a quickfix?

Happened to me in my most recent game, too.

I thought it was because I was consistently at war.... LOL
