New empire ranking

Hi,

We should now also make a new empire classification based on the number of players in comparison to the score to give an approx score per player within an alliance. The aim will be to see what kind of empire it is: a multitude of ants or a small group of elephants.

I thought this was a good idea when I calculated it in another thread (by hand). I'm glad someone can do it more automatically.:) I do think it can add information on the character of the empire.
