How do you see all the composite bonuses?

When you pick up the anomolies (or analyze them) and you get the message that your ships hulls are now better by 1% how can you view the total bonuses you've gained? I found the screen where I can see the bonuses for each government but nothing that show me my total bonuses accumulated.

Just curious :)

Domestic Policy tab, then stats tab, then there will be an abilities section at the top of the screen. That shows every bonus that one started with, researched, built, or collected.

I think the "hull improvements" are specific to the ship that found them, or is that just when it specifies "hit points" (which appear instantly on that ship)?

Any percentage bonus that an anomaly grants is applied to your entire empire (or fleet, as the case may be). Plusses to Hit points, Attack Rating, or Defense are applied only to the survey ship.

There are two different kind of anomalies, the ones that affect the ship that finds the anomaly and the ones that affect your whole civilization, some like defensive points, hull strength can affect your exploration ship, but other anomalies like increase in research or economy, etc affect your whole civilization.

By the way if you are looking for an empire come and Join the Jedi Republic in our quest for 1st place.

1% to a scout is like more than useless. I'm pretty sure it's an empire-wide effect.

Well, it probably makes the captain of the scout feel better for the millisecond before being blown away...

Thanks for the clarifications!
