Cloaking and anti-cloaking, radar and "under the radar" flying... mmm, looks like fun but I wonder how everything about visibility can be implemented. Information is the nerve of war.

, these calculations are not final, but show what kind roads can be taken to uncover information on alien homeworlds.

While we havn't reached that point in production yet, I suspect espionage will also play a pivotal role in being able to see improvements build on an alien planet.
Ex: Lets say you start off with knowledge of 0/100% of planetary improvements made on a planet. Factor in you 'super sensor technology' (+20%), a espionage rating of 3 (+30%), and 2 espionage drones in the planet's sector (+20%) and you come out with knowledge of 70% of the planetary improvement(lets say they have 10, which meens you'll get to see 7 of them.) However, if they've invested in 'anti-sensor technology' (-10%) and have a 'hyper scambling station' (-30%), they you're back down to only knowing 3 out of the 10 improvements they've built.
Of course, these calculations are not final, but show what kind roads can be taken to uncover information on alien homeworlds.

Did this make the cut?

Who would waste the tileage on "Scan jammers"? Tiles are way to important for something like that.
