How do i get a good score out of the following current scenario: ....

Ok...right now I'm allied with the very weak Torians and the strong Altarians, both. The Yor have been conquered by me as well as the Scottlingas , the Independent League, and
the Carinoids.... The Arceans are weak, but not as weak
as the Torians...

The Drengins have lots of planets and are strong and the big
threat..but i can see our alliance of 3 knocking them off in
a reasonable amount of time.

Currently the stats say i'm in 1st place among the races.

How do i maximize my score from this situation? Go for an
alliance victory with the Torians and Altarians? Break
the alliances and go for a cultural victory? Break the
alliances and go for a military victory?
Tech victory is pretty much out of the question.

HOw about breaking with 1 ally and going for an alliance
victory with the other one?

How can i get the best score out of this situation? :)

thanks

1) Best score (in this game) is always the same: conqer everyone, left 1 planet to an enemy, and go for a tech victory.
2) It may be efficient to stop playing a game as long as you are winning already, and better spend this time to increase your skills (starting new game, reading forum, remembering your game - what things you did right and where you was wrong etc.). It will give you a better score on the long run.
3) You can play just for fun.

Yea, what Ellestar said, easiest way to conquer
everyone is through cultural influence.

So the best score results from nearly having a military conquest using cultural influence and then
win by tech. All the while allied with almost
everyone. Ant this game a beut!

Yeah..playing for fun....not worrying about the score..
i guess that'd be the best thing..but i'll save it right before i win..and then try it out for the long
procedure best score too..and see which one i think
is more fun for my future play! :)

The steps for your game are the same as for any other game :
1. take all the planets with culture, except one
2. research all tech except Final Frontier
3. continue without doing anything so that your population grows
4. when you're bored with step 3, research Final Frontier

Dont forget to flip your alignment over to evil so
you can research both evil and good techs. It amuses
me that you can do this. :)

Heh. And, if the AIs research them, you may not even have to change your alignment. It's rather amusing, in a disturbed way, to be able to build Life Force Power with a 90+ alignment because you just bought The Dark Side off the Drengin.
