Candidate gets "stuck/frozen" in a state....

While playing The Political Machine, sometimes my candidate is "frozen" in a state. I cannot move them to another state to do any types of actions. Even at the beginning of the turn when I have full stamina, the only thing I can do is do stuff in the state when I start the turn in. I have to save the game, and load it to get my candidate to become "unfrozen". I can do all other gameplay options, I just cannot get my candidate to move to a new state.

hit the c button, perhaps you have not gotten him selected.

That did it... press the C

I was clicking on the state I was in but was not getting the candidate.

New Hampshire is the worst for that because it is hard to see the very northernmost part of the state, and that is usually where stuff seems to go
