Why is it so hard?

Well another Christmas alone.

It is so hard to tell somebody you like them. You get all this strenght up to say it but when you actually see them you are so weak and you can't

Why is that.

I mean you want to tell them but you weak out and you can't...
Don't know but Oh well they will find out sooner or later I guess...

Fear. Afraid of being rejected, afraid of what others will think, afraid that you might be accepted. Only way your going to get to be with them and be less alone is if you overcome your fear. Might go well, might not, but without trying you'll never know. And that's my answer to the question you sort of asked. Regardless, I wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Cheer up Stacey, don't be afraid to tell someone how you feel. Comunication is so vital. You don't necessarily have to say how you feel. learn how to express yourself, write him a letter, even if you don't give it to him, you'll feel better. I express myself a lot, in really weird ways like writing songs and singing them in front of large groups of people or just plain saying them, it's taken me forever to learn how to do this. Maybe it's just that you have trust issues, i can totally relate to that, it's so hard for me to trust anyone, if you're like me you've been hurt to many times....but trust me it'll get better stace, it always does. Still Merry Christmas and a brand new year is just around the corner!!!!!!

At one time I had no fear of rejection. My motto was "The worst that can happen is that I'll get slapped" Being told No or laughed at had no effect on me. Maybe I was young and foolish.....

Now days facing being single again, it seems I have the same fear of rejection that you have...... Though in time I'll get back to my motto!

Basically you have to convince yourself that rejection is not that bad and there are other people out there if this one does reject you. It's hard but once you can do it, you have the upper hand.

I know how you feel Stacey. I think when I told the one person that I liked them, I think it screwed something up. But that's not the point here. If you feel like you should tell them then tell them. If not that's ok too. But I hope everything works out with you.
