Penalized for messing up?

The Arcean's had surrendered to me but a couple of turns later I reloaded to the turn before the surrender due to some bad decisions. After that the Arceans will only surrender to the Yor. I reloaded 20 times just to see if they would ever surrender again to me and they never did.

Sounds like to me it was because you reloaded, but I could be wrong. I heard stuff was put in to penalize players who reload to avoid negative events. Again I could be wrong but after 20 reloads this sounds like what happened.

Another possibility is influence. It takes a handful of turns after a reload before influence is calculated correctly. If influence is a factor in the Arcean's decision, it may well behave as you describe.

I don't think anyone is really sure how the AI decides who to surrender to.

Kinda off topic but I hate it when the AI surrenders to your enemy and curse you for eternity with thier last breath. I mean how petty is that? Never mind my cussing and swearing at the monitor for four hours . . . ;p

whom - the dative/accusative case for denoting an unknown person
definitely used after prepositions eg. - dative case
for whom
to whom

dative case is used as the object of prepositions
accusative case is used as the object of transitive verbs
in English the two cases are simplified into the objective case

Who is the greediest race in GC? . . . . thats is OK? but
The Acreans whom are the greediest race in GC have nice yellow eyes. . . . . is OK too?

I'm still confussed but that sounds right.

who - the nominative case, subject of verbs, thing acting

Who is the greediest race in GC? - correct
Who did this? - correct
Who kicked the ball?

whom - object of transitive verbs, object of prepositions, thing acted upon or thing action is directed at

Whom did I trip? - object of 'trip'
Arceans, whom I destroyed, have nice yellow eyes. - object of 'destroyed'
To whom was the message sent? - object of 'to'
