HELP ME PLEASE

hi all, im new to a pc and i was advised to come to this website to customize some stuff, and i downloaded the boot skin of "windows xp beer edition", exept i dont know how to get it working, so could someone please help me and you will need to quote b/c i really dont have a clue about anything on a pc

First, download this program https://www.stardock.com/products/bootskin/

Then, click download for the skin you choose....and it automatically downloads into the BootSkin program...click apply and your set to go.
