Most GROSS call themselves master but look at their records, they all play on cakewalk, simple, and begginer. You know why? its because fighting them is a cakewalk, their minds are simple, and they are all begginers. Come on now, where are the folks that like to play at impossible, incredible, and , well at least hard.

Laugh. Check out a lot of GROSS records, and when you do, scroll down to the bottom to see the latest games. Only two players in the upper scoring ranks play the easier levels. I would like to see this inexperienced whelp called Vasuden tell Staffa, Pontius, and at least a half dozen other top GROSS players that they are beginners. There are a lot of tough, painful, crippling, and maso players in GROSS.

Once again, you got no credibility.

Ok, i know everyone thinks that the Vasueden is a bad guy but i just have strong dislikes about pirates (strange since i was one in Escape velocity) i promise i won't curse on the forum anymore.

Boy I hate to back up this Vasueden guy but we do have a common dislike of GROSS so here goes.

Of the last 3 games of the Top 7 citizens in the #1 GROSS empire; 5 were at crippling and above, 11 were between normal and crippling, while 5 were below normal in difficulty.

Now lets compare this to an empire such as the #4 Midwestern Confederation. Of our last 3 games of our top 7 players; 11 were at crippling, 9 were between crippling and normal and 1 was below normal in difficulty.

Read it and weap pirates, step up the difficulty or be mocked.

Personally, I don't care who plays at harder levels. looking at the top 7, we see why the mwc is so far behind. Is it G.R.O.S.S. playing easy? No. It's the MWC's top players not submitting as often as they once did. One wonders whether they are saving em for a charge or have moved on.

Bottom line: Plephart is a crybaby. We've beat him down so much he'll never be the same emotionally again. Hey Pajama boy. SCOREBOARD!!!!

Last I checked, we didn't even have 40. And 4 of our players have scores of zero, and many more haven't played since 1.05 even came out. But far from me to put facts in the way of your stupidity. So carry on while I go play and put G.R.O.S.S. even further along in points.

It certainly would seem inappropriate for me, a new player, to join in on bashing plephart, an experienced player; HOWEVER, it is statements such as the one above that really irk me. Forget about the numbers. Forget about game! You have the gall to back up this character?!?! I joke around quite a lot, but this actually pisses me off.

And yes, everyone can see this is turning into a G.R.O.S.S. beats up on both plephart and Vasueden thread. Vasueden deserves whatever he gets. I think its clear to everyone reading this thread that this Vasueden guy is a joke and thats what I was trying to imply in my disclaimer prior to joining in on the GROSS bashing. Look, some of you all over at GROSS need to take a step back and take yourselves a little less seriously. When people start getting "pissed off" over something a nobody like Vasueden says it only feeds others like him and encourages more like him to come around. As it was said, don't feed the troll and he'll go away. And no I don't see how my comments were out of line, while they were associtaed with something he said, I was just stating statistics that happened to not be so flattering for your empire, no name calling at all.

Although I have been one of the most outspoken anti-GROSS citizens in the metaverse I'd like to think that one of your leaders, Gerakken and I have kept it civil between each other...I can't quite say the same for your leader Pontius who seems to enjoy name calling and dragging our rivalry down but I still harbor no ill will towards him. He's always good for a good jibe or so.

The final point being why are we wasting time encouraging this Vasueden guy when we should just let this thread and any others started by him die.....I admit I was a part of encouraging him in this thread but lets just agree to let it die now. After all I really don't like the competition for your bashing efforts...lets please stay focused on the MWC who, if you haven't noticed, are creeping back and still have a healthy hold on the northwest territories.
