New Deskscapes 2026 won't accept license key

I just purchased the new Deskscapes 2026 version online, this am. After the confirmation notice, I received my key. But, when I open the new software page with license key box, I immediately get a error alert when copying and pasting the new license. The key is correct after double checking on the website. Question...what is going on with the key not working
