Hi! In general, a checksum mismatch occurs when on the client server an update has been missed or a file gets corrupted so that expected (calculated) size doesn't match what's actually there.
If you have Dropbox, you can upload the file in question or the log and post the link here, or wait for the Community Support Assistant to be by - which should be soon and which might be best.
