ObjectDock

Have a Windows 11 laptop. Had ObjectDock and it worked fine. Then it all of a sudden would not start. Tapping the icon would get nothing. Deleted the app and reloaded from my account. It seemed to setup fine but still get nothing when opening. I ended up buying the newest version, deleted the app on my laptop, and installed the new version. Still no luck getting it to come up. Any advice on solving this issue or has anyone else had the same problem? Thanks

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.

Tried the purge and reinstall three times. The software seems to load fine. When you click the icon I get a allow this program to make changes. I say OK and the hour glass flashes a while the nothing. It just wont start. All the program files seem to be there but no execution when hitting ObjectDock.exe.

Please post screenshot on your ObjectDock Setting Windows for "Home" tab. Something like my screenshot below.

Are you on Right to left (RTL) text system? If so, just as a test, try changing to Left to right (if possible), reboot and see if it work.

The text was from my phone. ObjectDock on my laptop is installed. When you click to open it asks if you want the program to make changes. I say yes, the hourglass blinks a few seconds and then nothing. App just won't open. Tried running as administrator, tried execute from the app itself, just won't open.

Need to know more on your system.

  1. Windows 10 or 11 Home or Pro edition? Also need its full version and OS Build number. Please use Winver.exe to get them.
  2. ObjectDock version number installed.

I decided to buy Nexus Ultimate. It's similar to ObjectDock. A little expensive at $30 but it's working flawlessly with Windows 11. It has the similar options as ObjectDock so it looks and acts just the same. Thanks for your help.
