I know I have reported this before, but this issue is still happening in version 2.7.583340 and, in my opinion, is very serious.

The first screen snapshot shows what the lower left-hand corner of the screen looks like.  You see the large box with the information about the selected fleet and a row of icons above it that show you what you can do with the fleet.  Notice that there are no icons for Beam Volley or Missile Volley.

The second and third screen snapshots show that, when I hover my cursor over the empty space to the left of the row of icons, the popups for Beam Volley and Missile Volley appear.  I can click where the icons are supposed to be and do the volleys even though you cannot see the icons.  I suspect this is a visibility issue for the icons since their functionality is still there.

I believe this is a serious issue because players are likely to think that they cannot perform beam and missile volleys when, in fact, they can.  These icons disappeared a couple of turns ago.  I saved the game and reloaded it and the icons are still missing so hopefully you can recreate the issue and see what is going wrong.

To recreate the issue:

1. Load the above save file
2. Go to any of my fleets
   1. A specific fleet you can look at is named "Tegmine Fleet V"
3. Move your cursor to the left of the row of icons in the lower left-hand corner and you should see the hover popups for Beam Volley and Missile Volley when you hover over the blank space as described above.
