Can you explain more? What is this about?

Under ship expansion when I go to upgrade, I select "nano swarm" I beleave this is a one time activate but it keeps dissapering and I have to select again. Sometimes when I alt tab the home planet icon on the left will shift everything down a slot and I can't move it back up. thanks again.

This is first time I've seen this kind of error reported. Can you let me know if there is anything unique about your PC set up that may cause weirdness with tabbing out or mouse clicking? Are you playing remotely or using any kind of unique hardware like a special mouse, keyboard, or any kind of software that may be providing an overlay or something of the sort?

Sorry it took so long, usually I get an email response to let me know of a post. I don't think it has to do with hardware, I use no overlays just standard game. My mouse is Corsair M65 RGB Elite and my keyboard is a ROG Evangelion Keyboard Model XA10

Yes, played today and ship upgrades random drop off of researched upgrades.

Just to be sure, some of the upgrades, like Nano Swarm, or Repair Kit, have a limited number of uses. You expect that, yes?

No, I was un-aware it came with a limited amount of uses. This would explain it. However why not a permanent upgrade instead of limited uses, I live the way it looks in the game and it's purpose. Consider it a permeate upgrade.
