Could modern GPU's upscale old video on the fly?

Probably needs alot more modern than we have now. Maybe 5 years more. Think of how long it takes to generate a single AI image. Now try to do that at a minimum of 60x a second.
There are a lot of guides that help you get some of this stuff running on your system. Try it out and see what the results are. It's a lot of fun and helps bring it from "magic" to something from understandable when you do it.
