Event Window Scrolling

It's awesome you added scrolling to this window
However, it ONLY scrolls when the mouse is right over that tiny scrollbar (either grabbing the bar itself, or using the mouse scroll wheel). Please make the scroll wheel work when hovering over the text as well.
