pick the worst leader you have and assign to any warship as commander, get culture point and 2 spores (spores after assigning culture)

fire leader and reassign as long as needed

lol, that's exactly how i set up The Ents in the shared custom civs. not opportunity though, equality for the extra growth ;)

Hi!

I love the idea and I will gladly play it through. However, could you please first point me towards some tips for beginners? I am coming from playing Civilization, not very much liking Stellaris, and having never played Galactic Civ.
