Shipyard Bug

I had a shipyard destroyed by your friendly neighborhood Krynns and later rebuilt it. But the indicator of the attack won't go away and the shipyard is built into the same hex. Now when I try to double-click on the shipyard, it won't open up to the build menu.

In the planet screen click on the shipyard in upper left see if you can get to the build que that way.
