Problem with mobile games

So I've probably been playing SS since I got my first cd in late elementary/early middle school. With that stated, I'm an adult with a hectic life who still enjoys playing. However, I rarely have the opportunity to sit down and play on my laptop. So the introduction of SSO Mobile for the United States was a tremendous relief. But here's the thing: every time I log on, I play for about five minutes before being kicked out and told there's a "Network Error," despite the fact that I have a solid wifi connection. Although I connected support, we all know how fantastic they are. Is this a problem for anyone else? I don't think I'm the only one.
