Cannot make into window

I go to make it in a window, in windowed mode but only gives me my max screen size. How can I make this into a smaller window

What resolution is your monitor? It might be too small.

There have been complaints on Discord that people could not activate windows mode even when at 1920x1080 or higher.

Tried on my machine could get into the mode but Map scrolling with mouse was glitched big time.

I had a problem with scrolling and you mentioning resolution here got the hamster in my brain to moving.

Fixed the scrolling problem as it turns out my computer and the game were at different resolutions.

However after I synced them up I can no longer get into windowed mode myself.

I do not think the resolution is the problem as I have an Area 51 Thread Ripper with 32 gb mem and a 2080TI resolution is set to 3840x2160 and the UI set to 4K it will not go into windowed mode. Makes me think there is a problem, as I told Cari it was working when my puter and the game were set to different resolutions though.
