Yo, what da heck?

I found the article and thought ok yet another case of copy violation. This goes way beyond that. I did a Google search for the game itself and was shocked at the content of the game. I will tell you I don't usually get shocked by things.

You don't understand, Hasbro has nothing to do with it. They're the one filing the lawsuit.

Best marketing idea Urban Outfitters has ever jumped on.

Right up there with Abercrombie & Fitch and their "Two Wongs Make A White" t-shirt.

I guarantee sales are way up, which was the point of selling the game.

Funny and not-so-funny. Exploitation and copyright violations? hmm. Very interesting my dear Watson, very interesting indeed. >

I, personally, think that the lawsuit is stupid.  Nobody is going to confuse this with monopoly.  It would be like Weird Al getting in trouble for his song parodies or something.  I doubt that Hasbro will be able to prove decreased sales or consumer confusion over this one.....

I wonder if Mr. Chang would like a Chinopoly.(I didn't use a "k" because I am not racist) But, I have a few ideas for that one. I wonder if he would like it if we poked fun at problems in the Chinese or Asian communities?

This place is becoming quite the news source.

@KarmaGirl:

It's not about confusion or decreased sales. It is still their property and the game cannot even look like monopoly.

It's kinda like... uhm... selling a cola drink called Schmoke. I bet you $10Mil that Coke would sue your a$$ out of this world...
