Adding citicents to planets

Anyone else having issues with the game crashing to windows every time you try to add a citicent to another planet using the civilaztion menu and found a way to fix it?

Some of my plantes won't "grow" their own citicents so I have to transfer. I know about using ships, but this is easier.

First this very early in the development process so crashes are par for the course.

That said see Belizan's post in the next thread down.

Then send a save game for this crash to them.
