4.01 Transitory bug - planet's name doesn't appear in list - reload solved this

Hi,

It's what it says on the packet:

 

This is the planet I reached when i double clicked on the empty name:

 

But when I exited and reloaded it was gone!

Possibly something to do with there being seven planets in my home system all sponsoring the shipyard (the last two were as a result of the kiln of worlds)
