Won't download from anywhere

I need some help please been using DS for ages, need to reinstall but downloading keeps failing suddenly - damsel in distress?

reboot and test and report back here if all OK now .

I think more info is needed. Is DeskScapes not downloading, or is it the dreams that are not downloading?

 

 

This purge thing rarely works and is used too much as an easy reply to an issue that needs fixing.
