Game Options-How do I rotate the map?

There are two settings for Camera Pan Controls:

1. RMB-Pan, MMB-Rotate
2. MMB-Pan, Key M-Rotate

Neither setting allows me to rotate (MMB not recognized?).

Besides, how would one key ('M') do rotation? In one direction only? Clockwise? Counter-clockwise?

Thank you for the feedback. I can confirm the issue with map rotation as well. We'll have the team take a look at it.
