Stardock Order Under Review

It's been 5 days

Can anyone help me? Or point me in the right direction, I purchased Object Desktop and instead of receiving my order I got an email saying that my order is Under review, that was on Saturday, now I understand that maybe since it was on the weekend and afterwards memorial day would not be a work day, but I have an open ticket at the Stardock Help desk , but regardless of the notes / replies I add to it, my ticket does not seem to be having any progress so far....

Help please! I really want my suite of Object Desktop!

I'm sure someone from StarDock will help you. Remember if you send a support ticket wait for a response, if you send another it is put at the bottom of the line so you will have to wait longer for them to see it.
