How do I disable fences....

... (including the popup whenever I move or interact with ANY icon on my desktop) after my trial expired and while keeping it installed.

Title basically says it all, I have nothing to add but the fact that whenever I attempt to open the "Configure Fences" menu, it does not open but instead opens the "Fences has expired" popup.

You need to uninstall it. if normal uninstall do not work use the purge method. : https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling
